Red Brick Flame

The RPG hit the side of my apartment complex at approximately 2:43 am. The screams and mumbling of the dying and dismembered was all I could hear as darkness crept over my awareness. The sight of burning bricks where my family portrait used to hang was the last thing my mind comprehended before I slipped into the dark abyss.
